Mexico has a population of 130 million people. Mexico is a Catholic country, and the country that's plagued with a drug epidemic spanning from Mexico down into South America. The chance of Mexico becoming the next China is not even worth talking about.

i cant see it happening if mexico had all the factorys china does energy would be very expensive. mexico is a bad place to produce power on a large scale so if it had to support chinas infrascruture the price would be way more. (china has multiple sources of power.) then there the fact they have a cartel problem.
