My only complaint is “if” we get the word out and say it drums up phenomenal interest as well as customers - more and increasingly more needy interest will flood the limited hbot clinics and overwhelm limited number of chambers as well. I honestly believe its only a matter of time before the word gets out and appointments will be unavailable since its obviously a game changer if not life changer. And with that the old supply and demand algorithm kicks in where the prices go up. I mean chemo drugs are costing 200000 yearly and im sure hbot would lesson somehow the need for expensive chemo drugs that are not very effective. Your thoughts please

Hello, Dr. I noticed you did not mention hydrogen inhalation therapy. Would this be also beneficial as the literature states it is like drinking several bottles of hydrogen water? If beneficial, when after the HBOT therapy, or at weekends in between HBOT sessions? Thanks.

Good question! Yes it can also be beneficial to inhale like it is to drink. I think for simple and safe home use, drinking is the easiest option for most people which is the reason I presented those. We typically use hydrogen throughout a treatment protocol but if someone is sensitive to oxidation we will use hydrogen roughly 30 min before a hyperbaric session.

Does being under pressure push the hydrogen deeper into body? I drink hydrogen water and do a 90 minute inhalation session then a 90 minute hbot oxygen session. Is this good ?

Molecules are build of atoms. You can't say "two hydrogen molecules bound together". You should say "two hydrogen atoms bound together" when talking about molecular hydrogen.

so Ozone therapies are oxidative (obviously) and hydrogen therapies are anti-oxident therapies (obviously) and people say not to do them at the same time because they would counteract each other. No problem, but I've always wondered where does (so-called) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy fit into this..? (I say "so-called" oxygen therapy because if you are in a hyperbaric chamber that is not filled with oxygen, and it is only filled with air... then if you're not inhaling anything, it would be a hyperbaric oxygen AND hyperbaric hydrogen therapy at the same time. (theres much more hydrogen in air (by volume) then there is oxygen so it's more of a hyperbaric ANTI-oxident therapy if you were not breathing oxygen gas in the chamber... but then (to confuse this further) some people breathe hydrogen in their hyperbaric oxygen chamber.. which sounds ridiculous at first because the chamber itself should be called a hyperbaric AIR chamber not a hyperbaric oxygen chamber (unless they fill the chamber with oxygen of course) but this leads to questions. 1. If the chamber is only filled with air and you breathe hydrogen while in the chamber.. does the pressure also increase the benefit of inhaling hydrogen? (Does it then become a... hyperbaric hydrogen chamber?) has anyone ever tried to figure out if there is any benefit to breathing hydrogen this way? Also is there danger of the chamber exploding with hydrogen if someone does this? (I knew a guy who was doing it, and he hasn't blown himself up YET...) and another question: Is there any benefit to a hyperbaric chamber if the person is NOT simultaneously breathing any other gas.. (if someone were to NOT breathe oxygen while in a pressurized chamber... Does the chamber still have any beneifts? If so, what are they?

Great question! This particular video was about molecular hydrogen, which is a very different form of hydrogen. Hydrogen peroxide has benefits for particular uses and situations, but would not offer the benefits I’m describing in this video. To receive these benefits it needs to be molecular hydrogen.

Dr. Hydrogen + Oxygen is an explosive mixture, I am a Chemical Engineer and work I Hydrogen obtention production since last 10 years, I can get both gases from alkaline water electrolyzing. Hydrogen + Oxygen mixture is 40 times more explosive than Propane or Gasoline + OXigen mixture. If you want to put Hydrogen inside the body, other methods must be created.

I think there must be some sort of misunderstanding. I'm not suggestion you pre-mix hydrogen and oxygen. Molecular hydrogen (H2) is a key ingredient for cellular respiration and energy production, and is a natural part of the process. It is not dangerous when ingested in the proper form. Oxygen is also a key ingredient in the process, which we get by breathing. This is also not dangerous.

What kind of magnesium tablets? There’s all kinds of magnesium. I already take magnesium oxide. Does the magnesium reaction not happen inside the body when taking tablets?

For people wanting to expand on the mitochondrial benefits or people sensitive to oxidation. I would add hydrogen before the session. For people looking to get some of the oxidation benefits from hbot I would separate them and do hydrogen a few hours later and or at night.
