It's criminal that Ettore Messina isn't being considered. We've interviewed him before too.

He might not leave. Pop is on the back end of coaching. Store could take over for em.

Looks like Byron Scott’s offense where he hated taking 3’s 😂

Byron's & Monty's offense are tiff & tat. Lue's offense he doesn't mind taking 3 pointers

You changed my mind pete....I've always heard great things about Monty's character so I wanted him, but based on this vid and the last one it seems like Ty Lue is definitely our guy. thanks for the thoughtful content as always

Considering the news today, it seems like a win-win scenario for both Monty and the Lakers. ;)

Doesn't matter who they bring in, without TRUE management at the top these Lakers are dead in the water and they know it. EVERYBODY in the NBA (and the international scene) should avoid them like the plague until they finally get that problem fixed first and foremost. Season ticket holders should probably drop their packages as an act of protest over the foul conditions that have permeated the franchise ever since Jerry West was left out in the cold nearly a decade ago... >:-(

I wonder if there's a chance the Lakers can get Mike Malone if the Nuggets lose the series against Portland. Or Terry Stotts if the Blazers lose.

I think ty lue because he's experienced everything the young Lakers will go thru with a lebron let team and for the most part he got players to buy in he turned guys like Jr Smith Richard Jefferson Jeff green careers around in away . I think it's a tough spot to put Monty in but I think he would be a good coach also

Good analysis. Williams seems to be a good assistant coach, let's hire Lue instead?
@J17legacy5 жыл бұрын
I think close post would work perfectly for Lonzo, since that is what Lonzo tends to do. Drive and pass. Also Spain pick and rolls would be perfect for Lonzo and LBJ too. IMO i think Monty Williams would be a good coach for the Lakers if he can get the players to buy into the system.

Not trying to suggest anything overly negative but I feel there was some unconscious bias in the editing of this video. You only picked 2 examples where the play ended in a basket, even on the successful/good plays! That kind of editing can unconsciously effect how people think about who your talking about. I personally want ty lue to be the head coach but come on Pete don't let your bias effect the videos! Anyway keep up the great work man love all your other videos!
