Can you try raise a baby in prison like maybe you hide the baby ,the baby visits ,you try to escape or you get accepted into a program where you get to keep your baby in prison (to make it harder try to earn it by doing good , having a prison job and be kind to guards) . Blow this up so she can see

Hi! Just an idea - I feel like a cool place to take this story line would be go from a fast food worker in a hostel to owning her own restaurant, maybe have Tammy grow up and learn the trade? I *think* kids can help their parents at food stands, which would be a good step in the story towards saving to start a decent cafe! I absolutely enjoy your storyline playthroughs! ❤

You have to have the roomates adopt the infant as care dependent or the infant needs to select caregiver

I may be a bit early, but you could try actually showing off the baby to each o them, so they would know her, but the interaction you have to put the crib in middle of room, more space needed. And the play mat is the only thing you really need. no diaper changing table or crib. if they are always on the play mat they self sooth and learn on their own.

Fun fact: you don’t actually need a changing table to change the infants diaper. I usually put one for aesthetic purposes but otherwise I don’t use them at all.

No other sims help the moms I play with. It's crazy. They can live together and have multiple kids together too. When my mom sims are traveling i can even see the babies are starving and full bladder while at hone with the other parent. So I have to bring the baby sim to the mom to fix it. I only have had 1 sim that helped but he wanted to be a super parent so I think that's why.

My Sim is also living with room mates and they are taking care of her infant / toddler. I think it is because I did use the interaction "introduce to..." that creates a relationship from the infant to the room mates. I also asked for baths / food sometimes from the infants perpective, maybe that started them helping even more.

Thanks for always giving me great idea! I love your videos :) I like playing rags to riches, and I do like the rental aspect - but I also hate that we can't edit a rental unit unless we kick out the tenant. But this gave me the idea of starting on ground zero, and as soon as I got enough for a shower and other "common" area items, I can start getting room-mates. and then slowly build up from there. And when I have a fully furnished room with what is needed, I will turn that spot into a rental and the goal is to have all the roomies become tenants in the end :) Maybe throw in a baby or two for fun and drama.

I want to say things were changed with the growing together expansion? I might be making this up but I think you have to introduce the baby to strangers before they can pick it up now. Again, that could be completely wrong, but I have had issues trying to care for a baby as a sim that hasn't been introduced yet. Even as a step parent. Why would someone come up with the word hostel? It sounds and is spelled almost the same as hostile. Not to mention, if you do a Google search, hostile comes up unless you specify hostel as in hotel. Google has trouble telling the difference. People can be such boneheads. Major LOL!

So I gave this challenge a try because I thought, maybe, if you show off/introduce the child to the roommates first then they would autonomously help with its needs. The answer is, unfortunately, no. But, once the child ages into an infant then you can use them to ask the roommates to take care of their needs us the "Help!" interaction. So now my challenge is to have the roommates raise the baby haha.

I won't purchase any more DLCs for the Sims 4. They're buggy, and EA Games won't fix anything. They're now forcing me to deal with advertising while I'm playing the game.
