If your sim gets sick - instead of having to pay for medicine- they can be cured by drinking orange juice or taking a nap :) they'll get a little "home remedy" moodlet too.

In this situation, have the phone muted (little button at the top of the phone screen) prior to the school call apocalypse. If you hover over the phone when it's ringing and see no sim picture appear, do NOT answer. Sometimes it's diabolical though, and shows the picture of the last sim that called to trick you into answering only to get harassed by the dreaded school pop-up. So, it's safest to never answer unless the call has a sim pic with legit calling dialogue.

Have you considered maybe trying to survive on just one part time job? I've kind of done it before, only the one salary for a runaway teen sim and her baby. Had quite a bit of free time to take care of the kid, but lord I was struggling to pay the bills until she got a few pay rises 😅

I know you love to do rags to riches challenges but I’d love to see you do the opposite- something like in the movie Brewster’s Millions where a sim would have to spend a certain amount of simoleons in a set amount of time to earn their inheritance. Something like a home renovation, eating out at restaurants, spa days, adopting etc. I’ve done it before and it was fun but stressful😅
