I realized the emotional attraction was gone and that's why she left... She also contacted me after 6 months trying to talk. I just feel so embarrassed im 35 and I had to experience heartbreak. Your comment from yesterday was part of it buddy but you’ll be surprised how often I hear this type of thing. If emotional attraction is still there, come hell or high water, a woman will stick by her man ferociously. When emotional attraction is gone, it’s very easy for a woman to walk away in most cases, and it’s probably terminal! I hear you about feeling embarrassed my man. That’s okay and I’ve totally been there. It feels shit and like we’re worthless. I lost my last relationship at the age of 36. 2 years of recovery, am now 38 and I’m with an amazing woman who brings something different to my life. Something worth building, exploring and fighting for. My point is, heartbreak can be the first step to something better if we let it be. You’re never too old. You’re human and you allowed yourself to love. But when we allow ourselves to love, we have to accept that the person we love can royally fuck us up. That’s where true courage and bravery lies. Giving someone the power to destroy us and hope to fuck that they never use it. There’s no love without risk or the possibility of we may lose it. Come what may, YOU WILL BE OKAY! It back fired on me because I follow the 30 days no contact bullshit instead of doing the real no contact because I didn’t know about your channel back then, she missed me after 30 days no contact and we talked everyday then became cold after few weeks now she is in a new relationship and they are going strong. It’s been almost a year since we broke up now.

I did no contact with the purpose of winning him back, but kept him on social media, then I just had to fully go no contact, meaning taking him off and his friends off of social media so I couldn't see anything from him, now I'm not giving him any attention. At first it was really difficult, specially for my birthday, never in my life have I ever been sooo depressed, however a month after no contact I'm feeling better, specially because I cried my feellings out loud, and I tell you I cried like a baby, I cried the shame and guilt. I no longer care, or at least I care less, I'm doing no contact with the purpose of getting him off of my head and not as a manipulative tactic to win him over. After crying all that I've cried I noticed it wasn't 100% my fault.

Hi Kubilay. I’m sorry to hear that buddy. That’s certainly a horrible situation. As per L G I think I have 4 or 5 videos on rebounds. Search the love fix rebound relationships, they should come up. Regardless if the new guy is a simp or not, she has more emotional attraction for him than you at this point in time. Remember, with women it’s about emotional attraction. When they lose that they check out. Secondly, don’t compare or compete with the rebound. Your response should only be one of silence and acceptance of the situation. This shows maturity and the capacity to listen. All attractive traits if your ex is ever to come back.

Ouch man. That’s a tough situation. I’ll be real with you. Cheating is terminal in most cases. Destroying trust is number 1 on the cardinal rule list of what not to do. You may have to accept she’s gone forever. If the situation were reversed, would you take her back? Out of curiosity, what lead you to seek intimacy outside of your relationship? And her trying to display this wonderful and happy new life even two months after the facts is quite suspect if you ask me. I was seeking an escape from my everyday life, and variety as well. Deep down I wasn't ready for a relationship, but I liked her so much that I didn't want to let her go at the time I met her.

Her wanting to keep you in her life doesn’t mean shit unless she openly declares it. So, try not to mind read. Now for the brutal truth. If she were my client, I’d tell her never to go back to someone who cannot demonstrate loyalty. And as you just admitted to, you would not take her back if she cheated. So that begs the question, what’s motivating you to hope for a reconciliation? You say you were trying to escape your everyday. Okay, we all need to do that from time to time, but there are better ways like a good hobby or time with your guy friends. What you’re really seeking is validation because you’re not able to give it to yourself. I know I’m being brutal here, but it’s from a good place. Because if you were my client and we’re talking on the phone, I’d be suggesting you get therapy and find out why 1) Why can’t you validate yourself? 2) Why you’re not ready for a relationship? 3) What is the source of your trauma? I’m guessing childhood related or an uneasy relationship with a parent or caregiver when you were younger. “but I liked her so much that I didn't want to let her go at the time I met her.” Translation. I want my cake and eat it to. I know I’m being hard on you, but it’s from a good place. I want you to develop the skills to have good, healthy relationships. Before that happens, you have to fix the relationship with yourself. How old are you buddy?
