If they come back for you, or I, we will show them what they left was good for them, and we got better. My ex is fearful avoidant. After he expressed deep feelings and the relationship became “real “, he began the slow fade before actually monkey branching. We were compatible, and had a calm and peaceful time of four years together. I think that scared the s**t out of him. I said “No” to friendship and let him go. I am healing and moving on after nine months. It is still hard. I have relapses, but it’s NC forever for me. I guess he feels “safe” with the new love. He has family support. She knows nothing about me. Kind of sad.

We broke up at the second time 2 months ago. I deleted her number on the first day of the break up, i started to train like an animal, following strength training program, my salary was upgraded and im learning to invest money. I dont have instagram or facebook so im kind of dead😅 After 2 months i feel that im close to be 100% moving on. I never saw her as the key for my own happiness and she always knew it.

First if all stop looking at her. You just need to focus on yourself. Its 72 days from she monkeybranched me left out of the blue. No it canot- Trust can never be fully regain and she will never respect you if you will come back to her. Erase everything that is realted to to her or you will delay your healing proces. Ex gf got in a rebound and her rebound proposed after them dating for 4 months. Haven’t spoken in 7 months. She is hardcore over me and onto other things. My friend told me about the engagement. I Felt that I needed a rational mind to explain how I feel. It helped. Break ups are not easy.

She was texting a guy while NEXT TO ME before she even broke up with me. Didn't see anything wrong with it at all. No desire to work things out and just wanted me to be okay with her breaking up and treating me like a bad friend while ignoring me and talking to him. 3.5 year relationship. Makes me wonder if I was being completely immature and accepting someone that wasn't worth my time. There were some bad signs but she was obsessed with me and very thoughtful so I just stuck around. I think maybe she's an attention whore at heart. I'm being a little more mean than usual to make myself feel better, but still the complete lack of respect on her end is crazy. I hope I will look back on this time and be happy it ended, and have found someone more well-rounded.

Thank you. It is so easy to only see the good times with her, but I know in my heart we are fundamentally different people and it wouldn't have worked. I think I just really miss her bubbly personality and the constant love I was getting from her. I learned what I did wrong, and I do thank her for the pain that is leading to my success as a person. It’s different for everyone. I’d be hesitant to assign a generic number to it. However , I’d say if it’s been 6 to 8 months they’ve probably detached, but I’ve had clients where their ex’s came back after a year, 5 years and even 10 years in some cases.

@TheLoveFix-Nick Yeah sure. So, my ex & I had a lovely boy in May. In June, she decides to move out & break up. Note: The kid is 100% mine. She told me that she felt alone in the relationship & the only negative things she's said was me over indulging in video games (though she was offered to be included), giving my friends more attention than her (again invited to be included), & communication. So, she rebounds with a friend of hers. The way I've been moving since, especially after hearing from her that she's "talking to someone" was just focusing on myself & only communicating about our son (I'll be in the army soon so I have matters to attend). She claims to want to just be friends because I'm a "cool person" & expressed (idk how much bull it is) that she's seeing the potential in my growth & feels she's been holding me back from said growth. So, yeah lol
