With all respect to the researcher, the program and to WW Center, but Soft Power can have a quantitative measure. I don't want to say that this research is just a waste of time and money, but If you look at reality, you'll find that "Soft Power" is directly proportional to and mainly depends on military and economic powers of any country. So we have: S = AM + BE where S, M & E represent Soft ,Military and Economic Powers respectivily (S is the dependent variable while M & E are the independent variables) and A & B are the coefficients of the linear equation ....
