@@keiji6688 Regarding more strange phenomenon with diodes, I observed a photodiode effect from rectifier diodes in a DO-35 encapsulated glass package irradiated by a 10W full-spectrum white LED COB pointing the diode against the center of its optic lens. My tests with general signal diodes produced almost no induced voltage (1N4148) on my oscilloscope. However, when I switched to zener diodes, I generated as much as 550mV from Anode to Cathode.
