Generally speaking any of those stats in excess could do the the job. Going by anime logic then anyone with country or above can just punch in it’s general direction and the resulting shove would blow to kingdom come along with its bullets. With high enough durability you can basically walk through the bullets, granted the knock is going to be a bitch to deal with but you’ll get there eventually, with enough speed can just dodge, so on and so forth. Sukuna just so happens to be someone in the ranges of being able to both dodge and tank the bullets and kill it if he wanted to

I’m not sure if it works the same in Chainsawman, but while we’ve only gotten to see Sukuna at 75% full power, I believe that this version of the Gun Devil was only 13-20% of the Gun Devil’s full power. Devils have been shown to have their power split up when their body or aspects of them are separated. Why else would countries be trying to gather the most pieces of the Gun Devil in the first place if not to empower their stash of gun-pieces instead?

The gun devil was being killed by something during the his attack, and though he hasn't shown much intellect, he understands human language enough to make contracts, so he cannot possibly be that dumb to split himself into dozens of smaller pieces just to raise his fear, when he could do that without moving at full speed. Not only that, but every single devil in the series has been shown to be capable of handling their top speed, and if makima had said early on the truth which would be that something was attacking and eventually defeated the gun devil, it would have foiled her entire plan, so she only mentions it towards the latter chapters of part 1 when aki goes to talk to her.

If you have an off guard Maki catching a bullet at point blank range, Sukuna going to be able to react to those bullets just fine. If he doesn’t know the gun devil is coming for him then he could be taken off guard, but I doubt Sukuna isn’t sensing the Gun Devil pull up. Still a great video. Edit: Alright, y'all made me reassessing both combatants I will say this. Both of these dudes are fast as fuck. Sukuna has more durability, but seemingly less speed. Sukuna basically has to make a mad dash for about 8 minutes or less (If you don't follow Mach 3 speed cap in JJK) to reach Gun Devil at 500 km. There are good arguments for both sides and honestly I am torn. The questions come down to if Sukuna can react, and if he can't then is he durable enough? If he can react to Gun Devil attacks then Gun Devil probably loses. If he can't react but can take then hits, then Gun Devil probably loses. But if he can't take the hits, then Sukuna is probably dying. Interesting Side Note: If the Gun Devil were to kill Sukuna there would be a chance Sukuna becomes a Vengeful Cursed Spirit, which would overhaul all of Sukuna's attributes.

So considering the update with Sakuna I think this video could do with an update also considering we might not know Sakuna’s full potential as well as the devil’s choice to either close the gap or try to snipe sakuna. Notice: he can use kamutoke and domain simultaneously since kamutoke is a cursed tool not his cursed technique. The best reaction speed feat that Sukuna can be granted is that of him reacting to Hollow Purple at the last moment. With Hollow Purple being stated as "virtual" (*not "imaginary"*) mass, it can be shot at extremely high speeds, possibly hypersonic. Sukuna reacting to that would make him deal alright against Gun devils' bullets. The question about whether Sukuna can or cannot sense the Gun devil from a kilometer away is also easily solved because he was able to sense Gojo's presence from about 4 kms away. There is no doubt that Gun devil is also going to have an aura that wouldn't be too hard to go unnoticed by someone like Sukuna. Sukuna's movement speed is also far greater than a fully realised Maki because he was able to keep up with both Yuji and Maki at only 10% output. Maki, at that point in time, can, in fact, move at mach 3 speed (Naoya's speed feat). And even if she was not going full speed while fighting Sukuna, she was AT LEAST going at mach 1 or 2, and as for Yuji, well, he can also move around at about the same speed as Maki (because he literally jumped from the ground to the top of a fvkin multi-storey building, so with his explosive leg strength, it's very much possible for him to be at least mach 1 or 2). By extension, Sukuna has a movement speed (MUCH greater than mach 3) that can easily make him reach the Gun devil while taking a decent amount of damage. The argument of whether he can avoid headshots...... well, an "unawakened" Maki reacted to a bullet, granted that it was FAR slower and less powerful than Gun devils' bullets, but still, Sukuna can either dodge or cleave those bullets before they hit him, all while being on the move. Well, once he reaches Gun devil it's over for that spawn of hell, beacause a single Cleave or the world cutting Dismantle packs his shi up. In the worst case scenario, Sukuna has to use his Domain for a very long period to perish Gun devil, which will definitely be VERY draining even for him. In no sense am I saying that Sukuna comes out of this unscathed, BUT he does take the dub, though he'll be heavily injured, just like he was at the end of his fight with Gojo. * To all those saying that Hollow Purple is imaginary mass and not virtual mass, I have bad news for you. If you go read the chapters named "Star and Oil", at the end of one of them, you will find a note about Yuki's Mass technique, which has an explanation that it's "virtual" mass, a kind of mass that DOES exist and ACTS like actual mass, but is NOT actual mass. Later, the same note also states that Gojo's Hollow Purple is also a kind of "virtual" mass and not "imaginary" mass, mass which does not exist at all. (Remember, Gojo's technique bring out the infinity that ALREADY exist, it does NOT make non-existent into the existent). The note says that Gege simply made a mistake while stating the Hollow Purple as "imaginary".

In this case the gun devil killing millions in Japan and destroying countless buildings is more impressive than anything sukuna has done. That is until you actually stop and look at both characters and peal back a couple layers to find not only can a single bullet of the gun not do any meaningful damage to 15 finger sukuna but he’s more than fast and strong enough to kill it. To add on to the range of the attack doesn’t really matter if sukuna could arrive at the gun’s location in like less than 1 minute while ignoring all the bullets fired at him

I feel like the real question is does Sukuna’s reverse cursed technique scale above Hakari’s? Because Hakari was able to get blasted by lightning in the brain and instinctively heal himself in time to suffer no damage. Lightning travels faster than bullets and faster than the gun devil’s automatic attacks (1000 mps versus 120,700 mps). If Sukuna can take the shot from the gun devil he should be able to win by blitzing the devil

Hakari was able to easily read kashimos light which move at a linear beam(the only reason for him getting hit was due to light tracing him) however I scale sukuna at ftl because of the hollow purple feat and also now that sukuna has the 10 shadows he could just spam nue or even summon mahoraga as many times as he wants, not to mention in chapter 217 where yorozu announces why doesn't sukuna use his malevolent shrine, she doesn't typically refer to his Domain expansion but could be referring to his CT so for all we know sukuna could have the most broken CT in the verse

While I'm unsure if the gun devils bullets are stronger than normal human ones we have a direct scale for bullets vs sorcerers with Haba who couldn't even be pierced by 50 caliber rounds and he's only an estimated semi grade 1. If the gun devils bullets are normal human bullets Sukuna won't even be hurt by the bullets hitting him and he could walk right through and cast DE.

In the Manga it shows how many seconds were passing and they were two panels between 3:18:25 and 3:18:26 The gun devil started firing on the second panel and in the next page it already reached Makima who was roughly 500 kilometres away. The ability to fire a bullet through the head of an adult male is confusing, because if i remember right in the culling games the soldiers were using bullets and they said it wasnt working on someone like helicopter head. Sukuna has way higher stats then him so whos to say that sukuna couldnt just eat the bullet on top of the fact that we have seen maki catch a bullet and sukuna is faster then that maki. It does say that it will go through the head though which to me sounds exactly like a sure hit attack. Its really just up to if people think sukuna could tank the gun devils bullets or not.

@virgin overlord I'm bad at explaining things, so TlDR: makima would probably just force him to use domain expansion, and he would kill himself and almost every japanese citizen. Basically, makima wins almost entirely due to contract hax or if gojo doesn't use his DE for whatever reason then she would eventually telekinetically destroy his brain. depending on the circumstances, this fight can either be no-diff or extremely high diff for Makima. If you want to give makima even a day or two of prep time or assume that she would see gojo and immediately control him after smelling his human scent, then it's ggs. However, for the sake of argument, let's assume that she can't do that for whatever reason. Perhaps she feels his aura and decides he's something special or whatever and must defeat him in battle to control him. She basically has the force and can telekimetically manipulate things, meaning she should be able to damage him. If she hears somebody's name and is at a high enough elevation, she doesn't even have to aim at them. She could use crows or insects to overhear his name and then kill him remotely, which she does do in the manga. Let's assume this is a one on one fight with no prep time. Then this is where things get interesting. She could harm him by twisting his arm and stuff or bang him or just attack him telekinetically but he can heal from that kind of damage. Gojo and makima can teleport, makima can teleport using the spider devil contract and Gojo needs some sort of unspecified circumstance to do it, we see him clapping his hands to do it but it's never elaborated on. She can't really die unless gojo goes out of his way to kill all japanese citizens, including himself. Hollow purple wouldn't really be a viable attack for this reason. His domain expansion isn't very useful either as it would simply reflect all the negative effects as appropriate diseases and accidents among the Japanese population, including Gojo. I would definitely be a strenuous battle, but I see makima coming out of this with the W.

@@ameired i don't really know if it would be fair to include gojo amount the Japanese citizens since he is from a whole nother universe, plus she shouldn't be able to control him because to control someone she has to see them as beneath her and she has no reason to assume that. Bang would be applicable since it doesn't appear to travel but its only ap feats are pushing pochita up and deleting power (who shouldn't scale anywhere near gojo). Though when makima made the darkness devil's heads bleed was very impressive and might actually be able to wear gojo down mentally or just make him brain hemorrhage and die. Though the darkness devil can do the same brain hemorrhage and plus just spawned holes in beam, it is of topic but darkness devil low diffs gojo. Looking at it now it is definitely 100% either extreme diff for either (makima wearing him down mentally, gojo killing makima once for every Japanese citizen) or makima makes gojo brain hemorrhage and die. Nah the speed and power difference between the gun devil bullets and sukunas slashes is too large. Sukuna needed a ton of slashes over the course of about 30 seconds to 1 minute to destroy an entire city block. Whereas the gun devil at just 20% of his power did the same in about 2 seconds. And sukunas range is only 200m whereas the gun devils range is kilometers away

At the start of the series, Denji was able to tanked a Bat Devil blast, that destroyed 6 buildings and it was calculated to multi city block lvl. Denji got stronger and he's relative to hybrid form Quanxi, who is large town lvl. Last fight of CSM Part 1. Makima combined hax was able to hurt Gun Devil 20%, Who's city lvl.

Now first you would need to prove sukuna can survive a constant amount of bullets that would be trying to kill him due to him entering 1000 m of the gun devil, than you would need to explain how he could react to bullets moving mach 1470, than you would need to argue how many large city level attacks before sukuna runs out of cursed energy, than argue how sukuna can match the speed of the gun devil that can travel from nation to nation in a extremely short amount fo time, then argue how he can close the distance while dealing with constant gun fire, then argue that the gun devil couldn't dodge these attacks, then argue the gun devils durability, then you get sukuna's win con

So start of the video rn, I think Gun Devil wins, he is extremely fast, running through the world in seconds, plus he has a shooting bullet technique that seems to be a guarantee hit every time, and his range is extremely insane. Sukuna can heal and has extreme durability and speed, but against the one thing that killed millions in 5 minutes, for now, Gun Devil takes the win. At the end of the video now, knew it.

I think that if Sukuna spam his domain in order to cut the gun devil bullets until he get into range to use it against the gun devil he could stand a chance. I mean thinking about the whole domain fight with Gojo i think he can make quick succesion use of domain and thanks to the range of his domain and is overall speed it could give Sukuna a fair chance. I might have missed some info in the video, but I'm JJk you have people in the second arc reacting to a catching bullets (this is a pre-power up maki) this character at this time in the story is weaker and slower than 15 finger sukana. Maki reacted and caught Mai RUBBER BULLETS. RUBBER BULLETS doesn't move at the same speed as normal guns bullets. Rubber bullets speed is SUBSONIC. normal GUN BULLETS speed are SUPERSONIC to HYPERSONIC. Gun Devil bullets are supernatural, it moves at MHS+ in Gun Devil Arc, and can destroy multiple land areas all over the Earth in seconds of different countries. Gun Devil speed is faster than This version of Sukuna. Only Sukuna with 4 arms is relative to Gun Devil 100% speed

technically if sukuna had the shrine open, then any bullets that cane towards him would be dismantled before they reached him. and another thing, maki had feats of percieving movement speed over 3700km/h and sukuna being relative to maki physically we can presume that a bullet travelling 3000 km/h can be percieved some what easily.

I always found it interesting That in chainsaw man Devils tend to be ridiculously powerful especially at higher leve like like taking on entire cities kind of powerful But the double hunters are arguably pretty weak in comparison. On the flip side JJ k's Curse spirits seem to be pretty equal with the source or is they fight at least for the most part.

Wallen JJK there is multiple high level Sorcerers that can give The strongest of cursed spirits are run for their money and even defeat some of them. In chainsaw man The only ones who could defeat high level devils were devils themselves and technically I don't count Denji as a devil hunter as much as a devil himself. In JJK The humans Are pretty even if not stronger overall than the Curse spirits But in chainsaw man The only advantage humans have it's the fact that not all Devils or as cruel as others and are willing to help without the aid of devil's humanity would have been wiped out and/or nearly extinct by this point the story. The devils and transfer man are treated more with a Is cosmic horror feel Then the Spirits in JJK
