This is the alternative tiramisu for people who don't like coffee. Flavouring the milk that the biscuit is soak in is brilliant way to create a really wonderful finished cake. Thank you #BakingCherry for this easy take on an Opera Cake. A hint of gold leaf and you could serve this in any restaurant or during afternoon tea. One could easily switch to a Biscoff with their specula (?) sauce and still work in some chocolate. It is rare to fine a no bake dessert that is worth creating and this is the exception.

Can I use milk chocolate chips?

As I mentioned in the description box, I recommend using 300g of milk chocolate. Otherwise, the filling may not firm up properly. 😊
