People seem to think if Eric is mediocre, that is okay for his level of work. But how long do you hear of mediocre people staying in business? Eric is better than that. But he should start showing his customers what he can do and what we have seen from him and blow them away.

Great job but I thought you might put a relief cut where the drive flares and joins to the road. That is always one of the high areas of cracking. If you watched a clip from Concrete with the Hauses you will see what I mean. They have a good explanation on all the technical stuff and what's going on. Now I'm speaking from experience maybe not with concrete, but i ran my own flooring company. Long story short the reason I'm writing this comment it look like a war, the way you left your job, I definitely understand maybe you are taking on too much I do know what it was like working 20 hours 7 days a week however there should be no excuse to leave a paid customer's home like that. Rebuilding cylinders is extremely easy. If the shaft of the piston (the chrome part) is free of any deep scratches or nicks, rebuild it. Don’t buy a new one. The “special tool” is just a gland wrench but you can also just use a pipe wrench to unscrew it. I was in the Marine Corps for 15 years and now I work for Union Pacific, it amazes me how much money people will waste just because they are too lazy to rebuild equipment because “it’s not my money”

Started off watching Ryan's channel and couldn't cope with a couple of the personnel, so stopped, started watching your channel and pleased to see how much your progressing in your channel and your work ethic and business. Keep up the progression, I want to see you succeed. I went back and watched Ryan's channel the other day and saw that the problem people are gone. Thank goodness, so maybe I'll also start watching his channel again. I would hire Ryan in heart beat to do any project I have with concrete. It’s his choice. He had enough guys to not worry about the concrete getting on the ground a little later. Either you have the grade ready and mesh laid out and just buggy or have to pull truck in, re grade on trucks way back out and place mesh as you go. Either or is fine just your choice of work
