To make it easier to get diamonds use hook size 1 and artificial corn, i get 2 diamonds in 1 hour

Did you catch all them on a size 5 hook?

Yep. I usually put on a juvenile or bronze sized hook, you catch more fish more chance of spawning a diamond

If the water temperature isn't 42.6-43.1°F (5.89-6.17°C) Dimond lake trout won't spawn. Conditions need to be ideal for diamonds of any species to spawn.
