If anyone uses the wheel as their only option, I would highly suggest getting a nunchuck. It’s a super cheap alternative to actually playin somewhat good like you can with a real controller.

I was a hardened Wheeler since launch, and I just recently picked up the game again tryna 3 star & get good, but I never did any of the various easy-harder shortcuts & ultras before until recently. Trying to do Toad's Factory lake cut & stumbling upon your MKW Boot Camp vids eventually leading to this, this actually likely will convince me to do GameCube controller instead since some shortcuts will be near impossible to do which is a shame.

As a Wiimote player here’s a important tip Just use the Wiimote without the plastic “attachment” it makes everything more comfortable. Not many know about this hidden tech,but I knew about it even when I was 5-7 years old. I’m surprised more people didn’t realize this

I wonder if you could do the tf input for shroomless by over turning. That would cause you to snap from as far right to as far left as possible super fast giving a clean tf input and it would happen faster than turning from one side to another so you might be able to get a trick out.

DDR wall glitch is free with the Wii Wheel lol. You don't have to keep track of multiple inputs and can judt do one smooth motion.

I always used that kind of remote. I just take the wheels off and just used the controller. I still use it. It’s not to good, I wish I could lean back with it (in the air)

Tilt it up, from a wheel main. Not how you trick/wheelie, but like literally turn the wheel up. If you turn it down, it tilts downward and you can use fastfalling on 200cc in CTGP that way. I had to look it up to find out, as a wheel main myself ;)

It has more angles to be imputed than a standard control stick on it. It allows you to do Mushroom Gorge glitch by only bouncing off the mushroom once hence why the glitch WR uses wheel

@@soyjosito I really recommend them. I used to use a sennheiser studio 800(I THINK?) Or Something, and those had a pretty flat tone, but they were really heavy and wore out pretty bad, having said that I was always SUPER picky about headphones, all my other stuff were either too tinny or didn't feel like they had the entire 20 to 20k range, everything except the akgs.
