Sir, is right if a person LMC with HTN , new guidelines said that if person loss it's any organ then board recommend it 20 to 30 disability, is it right or wrong?

I am a serving officer and recently undergone operation for hernia . after the surgery The surgical specialist told me that it is a incisional hernia now as per GMO, 2008 incisional hernia or any hernia happening due to incision., Subsequent to a surgery in a military hospital is attributable to military service. This hernia happened to me after the cesarean operation which was done in a military hospital. However in this medical board they have made it non-attributable not aggravated saying that GMO 2023 does not have this provision of giving it as attributable whereas GMO 2008 clearly mention this case as attributable so how can I challenge this while I am in service. Pl guide sir

Sir my disability was reported in 2019 and I am retiring on 31 Jan 24 but my release medical board is being done as per GMO 23. And according to gmo 23 I will not get medical pension. Please guide sir what should I do

Good Evening, in yr last video u had mentioned the the new GMO wud apply to the people retiring on or after 21 Sep 2023. The same aspect the authorities are also reiterating. However, in this instant video u are saying any person attaining disability after 21 Sep 2023, the new GMO wud be applicable....it is requested to please clarify the position wrt the people who had attained the disabilities before 21 Sep 2023, will they be still guided by old GMO...?
