Seen my actual brother went through depression and honestly, Akira's fake smile hurt my heart. He was trying so hard to be positive in front of Ramsey to change, and open up his opinion, be confident on his craftsmanship after all these years or perhaps decades of suppressed lifestyle that led his emotions to get completely shut down.. Imagine what he went through all of these years.... Wonder if he was getting racial abuse constantly from his wife and was taken advantage of...

eggs dont need to be in the fridge...people in europe never do...

Main reason is, in Europe, they don’t wash the eggs. There’s a film on the outside that protects the eggs from rotting. But I’m in US and rarely refrigerate my eggs. They’ll easily be good for a month.
