Oh wow it’s good to see someone else like this I often feel so alone in this because my situation is like yours I have a soulmate wife. I feel so deeply connected with my twin and I can even sense when something is wrong for her but I don’t want to hurt my wife. The connection is very different from soulmates but also very alluring in its own way. It feels so overwhelming at times. I made a lot progress recently while I was focused and away from my TF but I’ve had some real struggles again this week. I felt I could handle being just friends with her but it has been tough not dark night of the soul level but still pretty tough.

Hi Kurt! I'm from the Philippines and I've been watching your videos daily. I went through the dark night of the soul for a month after my Twin Flame pulled away and I watched a lot of Twin Flame videos that confused me so much, and was about to give in on the darkness and confusion when thank God, your video was recommended on my KZbin timeline. More vitality to do what I want. Suddenly there are things I want to do again. I was feeling drained and tired for weeks! What a relief... But! I did it because I wanted. And at my time. I would never allow anyone to tell me what to do. I know when I am ready to take the next step. No one else does! And then I come to see your question and I am very happy to answer! I am doing great! I met someone else about a year ago and ... OMG! So much better! But here is the thing, I came to the realization that I choose what I want. And I don’t take BS anymore. The moment I decided that, I met someone that is no BS. A Gentleman just how I always dreamed of. Now, this other person, my supposed TF, he keeps reaching out now and then. But I am not interested because I am much more happier with the person I am now. I actually told that to my TF. I guess what happens is a transformation of the mindset and emotional body. I feel good almost all the time and fearless about being myself. It’s like: that’s what I am and if you don’t like, you are free to go, because I love myself enough to be by myself without you. And I really feel like being by myself all the time. Another funny thing: with this person I am now, almost any thought I have, he speaks it out. And he even said as we started to date that we are the same “person” in two bodies 🤣 I was like, what???? 😳 I also know when my TF is going to contact me again. But I really don’t care. I don’t care about anything. I’m just happy and seeing all happening around me. I see thoughts manifesting but also others manifesting theirs thoughts (energy) around me. But I don’t get that much influenced by others anymore. When my energy is getting drained and running out crazy again, I step back and take time for myself and for being in silence alone. That helps me balancing my energy. One exercise I do is to sit and to think all thoughts away. Just be and see that thoughts are happening and they mostly have nothing to do with what’s directly happening in front of you. Immediately the thoughts go quiet 🤫 Meditation. Hope that helps you! @@sweetlullaby5156 well, that’s the mind talking. Your mind is saying that you still lives through the mind. The real you says nothing. Just is. Whatever the mind is saying, is just bla bla bla... you can choose the chatter you want to engage with. Choose what is good for you. Choose what makes you feel good and better. But never forget that you are the chooser and not the chatter. When this body is around people that are negative and are always claiming, guess what this mind starts chatting? Exactly the same! But, when you are in control, you can decide to be quiet or to engage. Doesn’t really matter that much if you engage now and then. But it counts. Meaning: the energy you spread out, is affecting your surroundings and therefore, it’s affecting you. So, it’s better not to engage in negativity. I disconnect myself from the conversation. Is like listening to a sound without giving meaning to the words. If I am ask to engage, I will look for the positive side or at least a neutral point of view. Imagine you are in a room with a lot of foreign people speaking a foreign language. Your mind will not have a chance to get a clue about what these people are talking about, right? Maybe you feel that there is tension or that they are happy, but you can’t understand a word. That’s how it feels like to be. Hope that helps you realize more. At the end, who is really realizing? If you see that you are not the mind, what’s left? What are you? Take the me of the mind away, what’s left? Nothing, this, sounds happening, the body happening, thoughts appearing and using the words me, you, they... but when you put no meaning to the words, who are they, you and me? Are these not only what’s happening? For no one? It’s so free and simple. The mind can go on and on on this or that. But you are the infinite nothing experiencing everything. And everything is made of you. Amazing! 🤩❤️

What I like about your videos Kurt are the spiritual sides,, I’ve been zen by nature for most of my life (now 65) but how I knew he was the twin was your video “are they your twin” laughed so hard when you described your experience as it clarified. I teach yoga, meditation, read and reread all the books (Ram Dass, Eckhart’s, Paramahansa, etc) over years, but nothing, including the Karmic lessons prior to meeting my twin, ever rocked my world the way this experience has,, now after 3 months I’ve released the outcome to the divine,, it’s liberating,, and the energy is now free for both of us to learn, transform & transcend through,, the only thing that periodically crops it’s ugly head is the fact that my ego says,, “you’re 65,, “ so I stopped reading comments that “it can take years” and who has those years later in life? I also with my ego, question the how’s due to the situation he put himself in and that is not helpful. So I have to practice the release and then trust again that all is exactly where it is supposed to be,, the universe knows how to handle it, as I do my part to co-create,, have faith, release to the divine and find peace within,, I’m sending light and love to all of you💖🌈💖

From what I’ve read TF’s are basically inseparable in 5D. They are always together. Current situation in 3D does not affect what happens in 5D. Sh** they might only be one light being in 5D.

Something that bothers me is: you say it’s okay to be friends if you’re not attached to them, and being a DF has nothing to do with gender... but there still is biology right? And women are more emotionally focused than men biologically, so they would have a harder time detaching romantically than say a male DF?

Can you explain further what you mean by 'be'... are you referring to just going about your life and keeping your focus on yourself in the here and now? Are you talking about being in a consistent state of 'the observer'/soul... i.e. not fully engaging in the 3D experience?

Kurt can explain it much better. To me, I can go into a state while meditating and experience pure awareness. Sort of like I just " am". Try meditating on "I Am". I learned Transcendental Meditation years ago and use it. Hope that helps a little.

My sense is they are sort of going through the same things but they are “less aware”. Like for instance a dark night of the soul might be interpreted by them as getting sick or being in a funk. I’ve noticed when I was feeling like sh** so was she and Vice versa. Not at the exact same time or same exact lengths but right around the same time.

Dignity is a concept of the mind. You can see a good friend with someone else, can’t you? Why then should you have a problem with seeing this person (TF) with someone else? It’s just because you want them to be yours and only yours, right? They don’t belong to you! Nothing here belongs to anyone. We come without a thing and we go without a thing. In the mean while we fight for having an hoarding what we can. That’s what body and the mind does. Well, if that’s the case, what would you do if you see them with someone else? Scream, jump, take a breath, eat something, don’t eat anything? The only thing that makes sense to do is to watch the reaction of your body/mind. Nothing else. See how they are attached to a thing! I was there... but that was exactly what I needed to see that it doesn’t matter. You can be friends with your enemies or with someone you love. How can someone know for sure if they have one...what if they're not born yet or they're very old and don't leave the house much.
