It was really cool to see you go over the bike with Sean and Craig when they came in. I can't wait to see that thing fire up for the first time when you're done with the engine. Nice of you to take a moment to show us how the bike should sound. It's pretty amazing that the 39 Harley started on the first kick...after ten years of sitting.

We support the museum as much as we can and will continue to. Thank you for everything you and your staff do, y’all are top tier, the very best, hope to come back soon

Wow, Matt, It looks to me like the only real damage to that beautiful, rare machine is the cracks in the cylinders and the broken valve springs. But as long as you're doing a full rebuild on her, it's best to replace the bearings that could be just beginning to become a little bit iffy. The Bikes and Beards guys have them selves a real treasure there. Thanks for an extremely informative video, God Bless and stay safe.

This is the most interest I have had in a video in a long time. My Dad put a 45 cu. inch harley together in 1964-65. It was an old bike at that time but do not remember what year it was. I loved the smell of that assembly .. gas and oil and grease.. Love it.. This is the best video...

I agree with everyone, this is great content and two channels working together is very cool. I have built several hot rod engines in my time and I wanted to clarify the reason for polishing the rods. It is definately for strength, never heard of anyone doing this to make their engine "slippery". Polishing the rod beams eliminates stress risers and makes it more resistant against cracking. Keep up the good work.
