I think doing the love segment in the podcast is sooo much more aligned with the theme and purpose of newly weds! i love jamie’s and sophie’s honest and normal bickering etc etc as its real and doing a love segment brings a warmth that sometimes we miss in our own personal relationships (much better than poo stories lol) - at the end of the day, it began with the story of you both choosing each other, so why not remind others that love truly exists at any age & any time. positivity is infections - like russell’s howard’s good news ending segment….pure bliss.

I love the section with love stories, it gave me hope I might find my guy one day. Then the fertility section made me hope I find him tomorrow because daymn! 31, single and new to dating, is not the position I wanted to find myself in. I best get one of those tests. asap! Love the pod guys!

It’s so nice to see someone talk scientifically and accurately. You can’t constantly worry about offending someone, it’s great we live in a world where people can choose whether or not to have children or if they want to have them a bit older. But it’s ok to be honest that physically it’s better to have them younger, just maybe not always mentally.

I think it would be important to talk about baby loss and miscarriages following this pod. I highly recommend you get the worst girl gang ever on or zoeadelle on . They both will open your eyes up to a hidden girl gang and how common it is and also think it’s important to prepare and go into pregnancy with an open mind as I wasn’t. Loved this episode Thankyou 💕

It's an equal relationship they say, I cook I clean I do the dishes I do the Fking washing. I'm male 37 years old and married for 10 years. I'm still waiting on a cup of tea I also work as lorry driver working 40 hrs a week I still manage to make my kids breakfast. What has happened 😂😂. Love my wife though 😅😅

I would recommend avoiding fertility tests if you're in a position to start trying for a baby straight away. There are so many factors which determine your likelihood of conceiving, and often these tests give you one dimensional results. For example, I was told I have a 'very low' egg reserve for my age (AMH). It sent me into a blind panic, ruined my mental health and all happiness / excitement associated with starting a family. I fell pregnant the first month of trying. Conversely, my gynaecologist told me some people have been told by these fertility tests they have got 'loads of time' and 'plenty of eggs' left, yet they still struggle to conceive. My recommendation is don't do these tests unless you are prepared to act on the results i.e. egg freezing if you are not ready / in a position to try naturally first.

Hi, You can see your GP for hormone / ovulation tests but they will ask that you have been trying naturally for 6 months (this was 10 years ago now though!). I went as couldn’t get pregnant and ultimately went through IVF 3 times privately and had 2 children (free due to my age and egg sharing). X
