I have a question and need answers as well. I purchased a copart Model 3 Tesla 2023 and I have to go through the Tesla inspection at the nearest Tesla. My friend told me that I should look around to see if I can find a certified Tesla tech that can assist me with getting back my super charge. What is your suggestion on that? He mentioned that I’ll probably pay half the price and maybe not the full price for this high voltage inspection.

Hey check out rich rebuilds he has done lots of teslas ! The only worry I have is Tesla black lists salvage cars so you can’t get access to supercharging. It was a problem he had not sure if he had ever resolved it. Something to keep in mind guys or look into !

I think the reason the screen says that is because you have to have an account set up and prepay.

KZbinr Rich Rebuilds probably has parts you need. He's the guy that put a v8 in a model S. I looked at a 2021 model 3 and was told the full self driving option cost an additional $13,000. Not sure if that's true, she wasn't a salesperson or anything, just struck up a conversation about it.

You can buy aftermarket headlights. This is because the factory headlights are likely more expensive. The best way to get the parts is through Tesla. Amazon is a better place for other parts, eBay too. The suspension may need to come from Tesla. You should shop around and find aftermarket or factory headlights. The headlights must be cheaper than the factory headlights. If the aftermarket headlights are more expensive then buying a set of factory headlights is a better choice.

Be careful about battery leaks... the slightest cracked battery pack, & you could be held accountable for the Hasmat disposal of the said battery... Good luck...

From what I heard Tesla blacklists salvage cars therefore they won't sell you any parts nor service the vehicle and of course the warranty is void. All this makes it a tough sell unless you're keeping it for yourselves.
