I think the beneviento section was actually really good. once you learn about the sad past of the girl, it makes much more sense why the boss fight felt so 'pathetic and easy'. because the character was still a child mentally, and the section reflected that

I think the issue with Heisenberg isn't really Heisenberg, it's his factory; it gets quite repetitive and isn't terribly interesting to begin with in my opinion(and this is more of a personal gripe, but I'm not quite fond of the finale being a mech battle). Heisenberg himself, on the other hand, in addition to being hotter than Lady D, can manipulate metal at will which could have made for an incredibly interesting section of the game leading up to his boss fight if he were to actually interact with Ethan during that period instead of just sending his zombie cyborgs after him.

The only reason why I didn't really expect Ethan to be a molded was because I always thought those funky medicinal liquid bottles had those hyper-regenerative properties which meant he'd be able to re-attach limbs with ease after applying the liquid to himself. Other than that, I thought maybe he'd have slowly gotten more resistant to pain in a way because he's been hurt so many times and now it's more of an annoying factor that he's getting limbs or fingers cut off.

I dont think that there is a 20 years time skip at the end. On one of the 4 container with the parts of rose in it u can read "age quickly" (or something like that). So Rose ages as fast as Evelyn. So it can be 1 year...or few month or something like that.

If you ask me what the next Resident Evil will be, i honestly think indeed that Rose will be the Protagonist, but the movie references? imo fish boi was the 2nd best character after Lady D, because his gameplay shines his character perfectly. He's the outcast, forever trying to prove his worth there and that he's as good as the rest. Unfortunately he couldn't be more wrong and his size and being a fish is the only thing he has, and still is unaware how to use them. The one way he will kill you is raining acid but all you have to do is stand underneath some shelter and it's completely useless against you, just as he is. Also he's the one I felt worst for, especially as he dialogue is just trying to prove himself
