Doing maybe 1-2 times every week or so is the best idea. Or get a girlfriend (im still working on that) so she can do the job for you. I will say, cutting pron from your life is a good idea. Anyway, to anyone who is struggling with nofap. Dont count days, stop watching pron. If you see major difference, keep it up. If you dont, thats fine. Just dont cut it out completely straight away.
