I did 12 Runaway Campers the same way several years ago at the Runaway homecoming rally. Pretty soon I’ll be posting a video showing an alternative way of doing this. Instead of using those particular hard 12 V lights, I’m going to try using a strip light that is used on truck tailgates. I have one in my Ford Transit now that we no longer own a runaway camper. I always tell people adding lights in the back of the Runaway like this, is the absolute best modification you can do. Not just to be seen in the dark, but they are great as I am sure you know, for lane changes.

I considered doing the same thing with the strip lights. I run those on my business trailers. The vendor I get them from at the time was out so I went the direction I did.

That wire mold snaps closed along it's length.

I did snap them closed. I guess it didn't make the final cut of the video as I did it the next day.
