Well she doesn't like gadgets with a single purpose (that's also well served by another more regular kitchen item) so I'm guessing she just doesn't have that many. The tamago-kake-gohan machine comes to mind… the bread machine… the pasta machine… the blooming onion maker… also the ice cream churner shown on this video. Those are probably about the only single purpose gadgets she'd keep on her kitchen that we know of, because they do stuff that cannot be replicated by other kitchen hardware. Well, actually the bread machine can probably be replaced by an oven and a stand mixer, but it also mixes the batter/dough all by itself and doesn't use gas so I'm not sure if Emmy would keep it but she sure loved it enough to make you think she would. Edit: I still want a tour of her kitchen though.
