Good topic and all fair points presented by both of you. As a general rule, I'd rather get something listed than seek perfection. That said, the three areas I try to pay more attention to regardless is ensuring the Title is good (keywords and such), that there is an adequate number of good quality Photos (and Video when necessary) and finally the Item Condition but be thorough enough to highlight any blemishes that may impact a buyers decision. I think some reasonable focus on those three areas ensure that returns are kept to a minimum and insulates you from negative feedback.
