Relic Citadel is theoretically possible because of Brainwashed Mohawk Cat. Much less reasonable than Bellydancer on Aku Citadel but still possible.

Don't really bother TFing Ruri unless you like her. She does her job but requires too much investment. She's only good against Red, and only great against Red after Talents, and against Red... we have Courier. And you can make her good against Relic... at the cost of 15 Dark Catseyes and even more NP. And even then, she's great against Relics, but still not overpowering As for Mikanko, idk

For Black Citadel, have you tried delaying the Miyamoto spawn, so that more Dark Doges and Sluggies spawn so he takes a longer time to reach the enemy base and maybe you can produce a second one? And maybe time your sniper

I am at 4100 ur and i have luminalia and other ubers and top floor of alien is just impossible without the treasures from cosmos like even the doges one shot my base at 150k hp

If you dont have any starred treasures from Cat in the Cosmos chapter 1, 2 and, 3, then you're ultimately just SCREWED And hell even I wanna challange myself without using any starred treasures to see what would happen, belive it or not they are literal god (that 1600% magnification then again is just pretty fucked up) and guess what even my anti alien ubers at lvl 40 (all of them) like Catman, Bora TF, and Mad Doctor Klay couldn't even knockback doge through brute force and got casually one shotted too, and hell even I had combos like massive effect M and attack up S and my ubers have massive damage too well except one.
