Yeah, but there are people who already had some of these amiibo when the game dropped and/or bought them for other reasons. We had all the Zelda SSB figures, a bunch of Mario and Animal Crossing ones, including over 50 AC cards, (meat and veg from each one, mega manna from heaven!) because I spoiled my kids. So when it came time to play I just had to take them all down from the shelf. Sadly I didn't realize I had already paid for all this great content until I was well into my first run though, but they have been very handy in my new save files.

For anyone trying to do Naboris, use Duplex bows you get from the Yiga hideout! Since they fire 2 arrows at the cost of one, you can disable each foot in a single shot rather than 2

I actually decided to do this challenge on Master Mode recently. Got two Eponas in a row, as well as the Hero’s Cap. A word of advice: If you want a good weapon from your amibos, leave the Great Plateau first. Otherwise the odds of it giving you one of the traveler’s series of weapons (traveler’s bow, sword, shield, etc.) are a lot higher from what I’ve found. I’d recommend trying to do the amibos once you’re at Kakariko. True, it’ll be one heck of a challenge, but you’re more likely to get good stuff. I think. Haven’t made it that far yet 😆

You can't avoid picking up items like the Zora tunic, but I don't believe you're required to use it. You can hit the targets on Vah Ruta from Sidon's back if you arch an arrow. So you could cut down on your required items by one if you're willing to spend about five hours trying to aim while moving!

Waterblight is always the toughest when you're equipment starved. It's also why it's by far the hardest one in the DLC. You REALLY want your arrows stocked up for that fight. Stasis upgrade helps too.

Im pretty sure the yiga literally only have 2 weapons (albeit cool ones). No shield, no armor, very little durability too. The Windcleaver in particular has 25 durability, not very high considering their rarity and being the only possible melee weapon. And thats not even mentioning how to get them. The high ranking officers are VERY tanky, and the duplex bow isn't strong enough, nor will it have enough ammo, to deal with em. I dont know why im writing this, im bored rn lol Edit: I just remembered the Vicious Sickle, which only appears like twice in the yiga hideout and never again. So... yeah...

Oh I just wanted to say (Hopefully this helped someone) All of the Rito bows have increased accuracy.

It's not "increased accuracy", it's *_reduced drop-off._* The arrows fly in a straight line for longer before falling downward. They're just as accurate as any other bow, they just fly farther.

I think this is a cool idea for a run! One thing that I think would be very helpful but not to game breaking for your rules. Maybe you could trade beetles with beedle because he can give you fire resist potions and food item which isn't to powerful. I really enjoyed watching this

Botw tip: when your shooting the feet of vah nabouris use the duplex bow the feet take two bomb arrows so if you hit both shots you will do it faster

Having bought a ton of Zelda themed ones specifically for the loot that can be obtained via them in this game, I can most ASSUREDLY say YES. The amiibo rewards are level scaled so while you may not get the most amazing equipment upfront, keep trying it after 1 boss cleared, 2, 3, etc. and you’ll get progressively more valuable/rare/unique items as you progress in the game. Really recommend ocarina of time link
