I remember my first playthrough of Dark Souls 1. I was fresh off beating Dark Souls 1 3 and in that game the black knight halbard does actually good damage, so when I got it in Dark Souls 1 I could not believe I was fooled so thoroughly. No, probably not enough skill or luck. If not for instraybility frames, lucky RNG and special cheese strats that few can pull off, this run would've been impossible. Try something easier like firebombs or immolation, the easy mode of DS1.

This was one hell of a video for somebody with a few hundred hours in DS1 alone and who has never watched you before. It took me a good five minutes to realize you were serious and I'm so glad I've never used the BK Halberd. I have used the UGS before so I thought all the BK weapons were good. Sadly, the masterfully performed centipede demon cheese at 16:34 was patched. Now it only works with flip ring and kalameet ring equiped - which is the true effect of kalameet ring only discovered recently. Still mad respect for undergoing this tortue.

When my friend who attempted this very strategy and very ironically complained at how hard it was. All while I was living on easy street with my overpowered Morningstar. you might never know how to use bow correctly, you don't need arrow to use the bow, instead just shoot with the air to make it effective, or use bow as a melee weapon, it's busted.

Black Knight beats Black Dragon because in the beginning cutscene they said that Gwyn and his knights beat the dragons so that's why Knights are superior to Dragons, despite the halberd being the shittiest weapon in the game.
