alexander doesnt free himself after killing margit, i can guarantee that. i killed margit and found alexander in that hole roughly 3 hours after killing margit, so i would say he moves based on a specific event that you activated while getting the ash of war and smithing stones

My guess is accessing altus plateau (area before the capital) it actually triggers an advancement and/or locks several quests didn’t know Alexander was one of them.

I'd love to see some potential All Rememberance runs in the future to show off some more of ERs main bosses although I imagine for some of these runs this could be kind of unreasonable (Can you imagine Holy only Rykard?). Well as I said in the video, next run will go along a different route and cover optional content. Don't know about all remembrances though. That will depend on the type of run and of course time. Because the more of the game you include the longer the production time will be

I broke Mohg’s AI too. I tried the jump to the side but it was obviously patched out. I then resorted to pelting him with scarlet rot arrows from that same spot you jump from. About 2/3s of his HP down he staggered and I couldn’t hit him anymore. Decided to finish him by fighting and ta-da, I broke his AI. Mans just stared at me as I ended him 😂

A few thoughts. - One trick I've seen other challenge runners do to spice things up is go for a different ending each run. Makes much less of a difference in the early Souls games than in this one for the routing, but it could be fun. - A bit late, but I bet you could've used the crucible knight's tail swipe attack as part of this run. It's ass-adjacent, at least. - I don't think I expected to ever hear someone say Maliketh was their favorite boss when that guy literally gave me a nosebleed on my first playthrough. I just need to git gud, I guess. - If you want to do a new torch only run, I feel it's my duty to point out there is basically an Immolation spell in this game too. Keep the torch lit. - Another challenge idea - an all Nerf run. Use only moves that used to be really overpowered but got nerfed to oblivion in a later patch.

a tip for the flask and other 1 use items, put them in the hotkey setup, that way it wont clog your item use, and since you will only really use it in specific situations, it makes them far less prone from being misused as well.

On the Gideon fight you can safely heal behind the pillars and force him to run to your line of sight. I had a jump attack build my first run, and it was a pretty reliable way to get fairly safe hits in this way.

Interested thing I’ve noticed about the Demi-Queens, in their melee phase they have very VERY similar animations and attacks to the Blood-Starved Beast from Bloodborne

There's quite a lot of enemies in ER that are built on top of ones from previous games. Erdtree Avatars are Asylum Demons; Rune Bears are Vordt; Crucible Knights are Black Knights; Ulcerated Tree Spirit and Red Wolf of Radagon are cut content from Bloodborne. There are also a good handful that are lifted almost 1-to-1, like the Giant Crabs, Skeletons, Slugs, Slimes, and Basilisks. There are certainly more that I either didn't notice or am forgetting. I think it's pretty clever how they're able to reuse assets to create new content, and honestly myself I would've preferred more be copied from past games to replace duplicate bosses. I'd pick another round with Pontiff Sylvan or Cleric Beast painted gold or something over another regular big enemy given a health buff.

Might be useful and might have already been mentioned but Alexander moves to the back entrance of Gael Tunnel (where you get the moon veil) before redmane castle. He is stuck on the limgrave side of the one way door

Alexander can also be found in a cave that connects to Caelid but its blocked. I found him there in my playthrough. Gael tunnel it seems. He goes to Radhan only if you trigger the festival I assume.
