Maybe a tad late, but in The Replicant mission you can actually tell both Zimmer and Harkness to receive both the perk and the unique plasma rifle. This plays as Harkness' end, with Zimmer getting killed, Harkness staying and giving good karma

I done a .44 Magnum Revolver only playthrough of New Vegas, basically I just played as Dirty Harry, and you kinda have to cheat to get a .44 Revolver (Since the only way without killing anything is from the Gun Runners at like level 10) but once you get it, the challenge begins and my god it's hard into you start finding 10mm guns
