You could have done way more, like all the assassination quest or undercover quest this just felt really short

If you plan on remaking it. There's quite a few options. Installing a Fiend disguise mod could let you do Three Card Bounty in an accident style. Doing Caesar up to Arizona Killer, killing Caesar. And, you can complete Kings' Gambit by assassinating Swank. Remember what 47 said when he was fighting Mark Parchezzi. "I can do whatever I'm paid to." If you accept a quest/contract, you follow that contract through. Hell, if you're feeling really moddy, throw in Tale of Two Wastelands to get Contract Killer - More Ears, and New Vegas Killer.
