Then again, you won't find many serious economists who actually disagree on this point. The only really question is how far below 78% the peak actually is. My own guess is that it's at 1/sqrt(3), or about 57.7%, but there's plenty of disagreement among economists. Also, not sure that taking less money from someone is the same as "giving" it.

4:20 not bringing boone along worked in the lincoln run 1. the dlcs would've sent him home anyway 2. boone's damage output is crazy 3. i guess you could've done his quest, but we could also point out all the other ncr quests you missed out like there stands the grass, return to sender, restoring hope, i don't hurt anymore etc etc, and lincoln had enough on his plate anyway (as much as i would've loved to see even more lincoln adventures)
