The warped and crimson mushrooms don't work to make mushroom stew. It has to be the brown and red mushrooms. Later in the video he grabs some.

Nice Video. Keep It Up. Moss Blocks are not only easy to break, but can be used for mining. Use bone meal on them and you can convert stone into easily broken moss blocks. Axolotl are Great. They'll even attack Guardians of Ocean Monuments and Drowned Zombies. If you could tame them you would have the perfect pet for Ocean-only worlds.
