The concept of having "health" in military first person shooters is fake. When it comes to rifle rounds, unless it's a ricochet it's pretty much one and done. The military typically doesn't issue body armor unless you're expected to see combat and most people don't like carrying around plates anyway, because they're heavy. This playthrough is actually more realistic than the actual game in terms of survivability. The human body is actually very fragile, especially considering how lethal modern weapons are.

Probably way too easy. The "bleed" effect from the Targe is unique, it works even on things that bleed normally won't affect, like undead or those Dwarf machines. Also the Block perk tree is kind of ridiculous; arrows can be made to do zero damage, fire/lightning/frost damage cut 50%, Deadly Bash bumps bash damage by 5x (or maybe 3, I forget). There's one for reflexes that slows time when you get power-attacked. And you can practically stun-lock anything in the game by repeatedly shield bashing it, up to and including Dragons...
