Physical Human Saga is such an incredible 3rd Person Shooter game. It's definitely a strong contender for that title with the competition being DMC 2 Not much of a fan of the sequel using loot boxes for the cool rocks though, but I guess the dev prefer more bullets to be fired at the enemy instead of rocks thrown at them Also, what a shame Demi Fiend forgor the rule of no demon. Truly he has rejected his humanity

The longest skill name in the game is "Celestial Ray" at 13 letters, "Critical Cancel" is 16. But Null Sleep is where things get weird. Most skill names are Japanese Kanji. But Null Sleep's name is "Aboido Suripa." That's not Japanese, that's the English words "Avoid Sleeper" transcribed in Katakana. I have no idea what is up with that, nor why it was translated to "Null Sleep."

some port overs would be sweet on pc, got nocturne and think persona sagas on steam...but no dig dev or smt5 and prob few more haven't made it to wider audience. Lot of these games are in cult game genre vibe but also amazingly well done and really pulled out all stops, need to increase their marketing/advertising and offer games on more platforms only thing standing in way.

Incredible sub-series. It’s a shame that Atlus pretends it never existed outside of the PSN releases 🤷🏽‍♂️ If I could buy it all over again AND earn Trophies & Achievements just by replaying both DDS 1 & 2 on new consoles (maybe even on Steam), I’d die happy! Same with Fallout 3/New Vegas BUT with all the quirks within FNV intact…since the only thing that really makes the game better than FO3 imo is how BROKEN AND GLITCHY/BUGGY IT IS OMG! At least it’s not absolutely broken like the SMT Nocturne release on PSN was 🤷🏽‍♂️

The enemy running out of MP thing is hilarious. I'm amazed that even the main game was doable, let alone all the bonus bosses. I'd say Raidou or its sequel would be a vastly more sane challenge, then I remembered both games require demons to progress out of combat. Outside of that, it seems relatively trivial since as far as I'm aware everything can be dodged/d there.

Then comes this absolutely insane video of an even more insane challenge run that just shatters my mind, like good freaking lord. Fighting Demi-fiend is horrifying as is, but doing it in human form, I would completely deny even the slightest possibility that it can be done. Man, I was impressed before when you beat Nocturne without using demons. Now I'm even MORE impressed. While Digital Devil Saga might not be as well-known for it's difficulty as Nocturne, this challenge might even put it above Nocturne in difficulty. And I'd say that Demi-Fiend ALONE more than makes up for the difficulty difference between the two games. Yet despite that, you STILL managed to perservere and beat him. The amount of dedication is inspiring.

DDS2 will be interesting, but I don't see any way Satan is possible. The fight hard requires you to be fully buffed at the end of every four turns or else he instant kills the party. Even if you get through that, the end of the fight also forces you to deplete his last 1500 HP without letting him get a turn or else he uses Diarahan.
