HappyDays Perhaps a No Flying challenge. No equipment that allow you to fly, Including: Hermes Boots-Frostspark boots *_WINGS_* Rocket Boots Flying mounts Anti-gravity potions ETC. However, hooks can be used as well as the balloon set. Featherfall potions are fine as well, as you are falling and not flying.

Unless you can sequence break the mechanical bosses, i don't think so. Since they will force the fight to end at dawn, you have to have a certain DPS level in order to pass their fights, and I don't think any pre-hardmode weapons have that kind of DPS.

short answer yes long answer: you need potions, the best ranger setup, some really good accessories (Im counting ranger emblem as pre hardmode) With menacing setup. Spam star cannon/Sharanga (If on mobile) so in a nutshell: grindy annoyingness dependent on a lot of skill and luck, most definitely a hard one.

well, some like to stick to games for long periods of time. Personally i dont see the point of constantly playing different games without even making the most of the initial game. Lots of games are the same conceptually so what is the point of just restarting when you could stick to one? But that's just me. I do get that being new to games is also a fun experience, but I like to experience what it's like being the best and being the most powerful before moving on to a new game. Ok, I know this isn't too big of a thing, but I found an incredibly useful tip for Terraria. I've been using it for a while, and it's reliable and super useful, too. If you defeat the old one's army and get an explosive trap staff, you can summon traps anytime, anywhere on the screen, and for 5 mana. They give off light and also kill enemies, so if you're cave exploring you can click around the screen to find dark caves and loot you wouldn't have seen otherwise. This has helped me a lot with finding life crystals and giant cave systems, and I just thought I'd share it with you guys. Love your vids happy!

I also recommend the flairon, it's super awesome, even if you want to play "ranger," it's still amazing. I put ranger in quotes, because in this challenge you can't fully do a class, due to no armor.

a really fun challenge that i did that took a while was a bee playthrough on master (but could also be done in expert) mode where i used bee weapons along with the hive pack from expert mode and beed (beat**) the game with my little be army

also if you're still having trouble retnikt I suggest getting a Megashark and using the strongest bullets you can find at your level. Get that 15% ranged damage increase (dropped from wall of flesh) and build a minecart track spanning the entire fight of plantera.

How many item types does it take to beat Terraria? While playing Terraria, It's inevitable to trash useless items (seeds, stone blocks, etc.) so this challenge will aim at using the most of the items you're given, making trashing of items almost unnecessary. Concept: You start with an Item Counter, if you take an item you add +1 to counter but after that, you can take as much of that item as you want without increasing the counter. Goal: Beat the Moon Lord/Ocram while keeping the Item Counter as low as possible. Exceptions: Shine/Night Owl potions; Vanity items, because you can't truly beat Terraria without a unicorn costume; [based on opinion] Coins, because that's 1 less thing to worry about. Notes: Starting equipment counts. An item is added to the counter after it enters your inventory; Example for crafting: If you craft a chair you will increase the counter because that will count as a new item; [For Expert Mode] The bag doesn't add to the counter; There is no way to decrease the counter; Accidental pickup is still a pickup, sorry; The Moon Lord/Ocram's loot doesn't count, because you get it after you beat the game. You can change the rules if they seem to hard. You get cool points if by the end of the run you have every item you used on display.
