And it ends with barely being able to understand human speech as the greatest achievement becomes feeding a roasted bass to a rock on the edge of the world. Truly a cinematic masterpiece.

You can actually regain infinite stamina while swimming by climbing a wall, exhausting your stamina, and falling into the water. In TOTK, they added a new mechanic that makes it so if you fall into water with 0 stamina, you regain a little bit. This can be used repeatedly with no cooldown.
