The League of Legends track is in fact its "main theme", and it's called "Summoner's Call". It's still somewhat used during Worlds but it's got overshadowed so hard by pretty much every theme and Worlds anthem that succeeded it that nowadays only the old guard really know about it.
@GeoGyf9 ай бұрын
I am of the old guard & Summoner's Call while very good, its also not a masterpiece. The 2019 Anthem is better. From the old guard the Praeco Songs, the Battlecast Prime theme, the Gatekeeper theme, Dark Soldier, Daylght's End while they were simple, but they had more distinct melodies. LoL is chasing a bit of trends now, its a bit hedgepodge with the melodies, like a stuffed cake, with the way they have cut every song to use in TFT.
@Wolfeur9 ай бұрын
@@GeoGyf I must say I'm myself not the biggest fan of many Worlds and season start songs (though I don't dislike them). I much prefer champion themes and fantasy bands (and more specifically Pentakill). Their champion themes have stayed very qualitative and unique; they're much less "mainstream" than their songs. Can't really say for TFT; I don't play it.
@GeoGyf9 ай бұрын
@@Wolfeur Its their new song, that played in the most recent tourney. Has around 15 tracks all stuffed in a big song. Each of the songs plays in TFT with a specific champion team. The thems are 8-bit, Hearsteel, Pentakill, k/da, hyperpop, edm, emo, true damage, disco, jazz and so on. About LoL i mostly play ARAM now. I used to be around 1800+ ELO back in the day and i used to play with some of the Pros (WetDream and others, i dont remember them all). Back in that day a loss could bring you down 50+ ELO Points. I guess the equivant is now losing 3-4 tiers in a Rank. Now the ranks a bit safer to climb (with so much protection), but that also means you have to play a ton more. So Boring. If i continued at pro play i would have liked to try the China Superserver (the server where only top Master rank players play).

The Demo (?) was very popular a few years ago as the style was unique and it had a lot of Newgrounds references. The Finished game still isn't released as of now and tbh, no idea if it will ever come out, as very early on, people made some pretty sick mods for the game with their own songs and characters and I don't think an official release could meet the expectations now. Definetly check it out, if you want to, but I dont expect you to like it. There are some mods that definetly have some songs that could be considered "real" songs, but maybe you wont like the style of the game overall.

Honestly the music from Friday Night Funkin' is very fun, I would love to see you react, it was a huge thing but very short lived as many are just waiting for the full game now, it's a rhythm game with a lot of modding where people created their own songs. The game is pretty much a "singing battle" like a rap battle with characters singing notes rather than actually singing, due to the nature of the game you have to repeat the musical phrase of the opponent, sometimes it is asymmetrical but most of the time you have to imitate what sung the other characters. It's very effective as it gives you sort of a "that's gonna be hard" moment when you hear a lot of notes sang by your opponent. It's PvE. (I don't know if the musical terms were good, it was the best I could do lol I have no musical training).

Since you seemed thrown by Gourmet Race as a _thing_ - it's a minigame in Kirby Super Star, though the tune has appeared in... So many Kirby games since. Bad question it's such a common tune in the franchise and I'm really unsure how different a piano arrangement of different versions of it would be, bad answer they were looking for because you could never go out and buy a game called Gourmet Race, it's an option on the main menu when you buy Kirby Super Star. Presented with nearly as much prominence as Spring Breeze (a truncated remake of the original Kirby) and Dyna Blade (what I'd argue is the 'real' main game of Super Star, although I prefer The Great Cave Offensive - Sort of a Kirby metroidvania - myself. (Honestly, I'm always surprised that Gourmet Race is counted as a Main Game within Super Star rather than a Sub Game since it's race along one of three courses to see who can eat the most food, which in Super Star was a single player vs AI (King Dedede), while on the DS remake, Super Star Ultra, you could play it two player.) ...And, no, as far as I'm aware Gourmet Race (the piece of music) is an original composition for Kirby rather than a classical piece arranged for SNES and has stuck with the franchise ever since. Actually generally I'm not keen on the answers of this one the quiz gives half the time being a franchise, and half the time being a specific game within that franchise, and then... Randomly 'the thing you select from the main menu to access it' for a Kirby title.

YOU DON'T KNOW TEAM FORTRESS TWO!?!?!?!?! HERETIC! (ily but pls do it soon I will BINGE) But also, some Friday Night Funkin would be awesome to react to. It's a musical rhythm game in the style of DDR but on Keyboard. The game itself has a fanbase that mods it to cross into other media (for instance, there's a mod where the main characters go to the world of my little pony). It's a very meta sort of game that is almost completely done by the fans, and it plays the rules of its story very loose (since the official game is unfinished as of now), but the music is superb. It also likes its self-references. There's a song called Sneed which is a Simpsons-mod song. Then there's Babs Sneed, which uses the leitmotifs of Sneed but puts it in a completely different context with different words/soundfonts
