HELP!! Question ? TRYING GET IT TO FIT!! Can it be 8" away from the wall at the top of the screen, when tilted to the max of 10 degrees? Or what mount would work? Trying to find a wall tilt mount that will fit that 98" TV above my fireplace,. However the problem is the ceiling molding, which comes out 8" at the TOP of the screen. Only have 53" Mantel to Ceiling

Shockingly that TV doesn't look that big on that wall like I thought a 98 inch TV would. Kudos to you for doing that for your friends! I have a blank wall with vaulted ceilings that is 10 ft. x 12 ft. so now I'm thinking I can go 112 or 115 inch now!

Great gift for your friend! Five years ago couldn’t have imagined you can get a decent quality 98” for $1500 and a top tier onc for $3K or $4K. My 65A90J was $3800 on release, lol.

I'd definitely have raised the TV up an inch or two to have more clearance between the soundbar and bottom of the TV (also to allow for a larger soundbar later), but otherwise this was excellent and a fun watch! He definitely looks like a great friend and well deserving. Good times ahead.

Talking about the OCD about the bracket being upside down isn't that big of a deal. My OCD seen that wall and was like ' would have been smart to put a fresh coat of paint on that wall. That sadly would be the only thing I would be focused on instead of watching the big game.

I have a 75 now and could probably barely squeeze in a 85 but who knows. I really don't want to flip the the living room around to use the bigger wall by the front door we don't use. I have the Z9K anyways so already really bright and 8k60. The new RGB mini led sets intrigue me considering how much brighter and better color but also don't want to spend big money right now considering what's going on with the economy.

I'll just say bigger TVs make 36" soundbars look really short. This guy is going to need a 48" soundbar because it looks so much like a 2 footer on TV. This is Tuesday and on Best Buy this same TV went back to full price already. It might go back on sale on Friday. Who knows? I have the 55" U8N where it sits on the shelf in front of a wall in between 2 doors that looks really big.

Funny those ppl didn’t know -- 2009 to (late ) 2011 Global LEDs of all brands all produced 100 💯by Sharp TV Japan . 🇯🇵 sharp produced the SONY LED that year (d way how Sony OLED by LG ) n Sharp kept the BEST in House . Not knowing the info the Joournalist would “ SONY has the superior…… , Sharp Gemicky .. “ 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I had Journalist neighbor n Some dude I met Journalist From LA . Those ppl / Suitors …all they do just Chilling , partying , n spending 2-3 months , to write an article . Everything paid for by whatever the company for “Marketing “ .
