The difficulty with #HealthierNaturalBreathing is in the context: most people I have met thus far cannot handle more than a few minutes (15-40 minutes) of this method of yoga. Beginners take time warming up to the basics and regular interactors with me tend to go off on a tangent on what I mean and what I make available, and I have to bring both groups of people maintaining function at a baseline of what I actually mean. Our human bodies to climb the Mahameru to Earth-like life-maintaining ShriYantra'tude requires regularly 'servicing' their human body-home/vehicle, so their body functions normal ordinary harmonious and living amongst the living people on Earth without having to seek liberation from life on Earth. People have had to qualify being able to live on Earth and as a human since quite some time as it is.
Learning to maintain the bodysuit (spacesuit) of our human body make well enough that is required to live life on Earth requires #HealthierNaturalBreathing - the yoga required to become and maintain being a humane being.
