This content is amazing. I'm used to watch lots of cycling training videos but I learned the most from this one. Thank you

Age is a huge factor. I am now in my mid 30s and it takes a lot longer to regenerate after intensive efforts. As an 18 year old I could do 4-5 high intensity sessions per week, now I am down to 2 or sometimes 3.

The good news though is although training / racing may change as you age, there are still quite a few older riders who crush it! I just turned 30 myself and know many 50 or 60 year olds hanging on or beating me!

I've been asked about that a few times! I am not currently, but have thought about doing it in the future!
