I have never seen the killing of a peace team or trader, messenger or envoy end well in so many different times throughout history. It almost always, always, ends up badly for the killers. Like with the Mongols and the Khwarezmid empire being the most famous, and perhaps consequential, that I can think of at the top of my head.

I don't think I will ever see the places in person,that you have shown us..I want to, But it just isn't reality I read alot about the Modoc war...but there was always some cloudy 'things' about what happened there .. national geographic gave me a bunch of pictures...but no substance God bless you
