When my poor husband was going through his treatment for cancer, he had to drink Ensure. One regular bottle has 12 grams of sugar. Yet I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I had a lumpectomy (removal of the cancerous tumor) and removal of the sentinel lymph nodes. I will need to wait for pathology to see if it has spread. A month ago I started a low carb Keto diet and intermittent fasting 18/6. I lost 12 pounds and am feeling good. Staying positive.
