Can You Land on Gilly Using ONLY the Smallest Engines?

I tried so many different ideas this week, and everything kept failing me, so for this weeks KSP2 video, I tried to get to Gilly, using only the smallest engines.
Is it possible?
Not without a supercomputer...

you shouldnt be so stressed trying to make successful missions for videos. post your attempts at you other projects even though they failed because of the bugs. your reactions to the bugs and the bugs themselves would be pretty entertaining

Very nearly ended up doing that for this weeks video, but I ended up somewhat getting this idea to work in the end, I was going to do the same last week as well to be fair with my skylon failing, but then ended up using that footage in the patch video instead. Nothing gets wasted! But fail videos are always funny so might be seeing more of those the more bugs and problems I encounter

you could perhaps have used the bug where movement stops when you deactivate the jetpack to slow down on gilly (if they havent removed that in the patch) and then you would have a full jetpack and if they have not significantly decreased the jetpack delta v in ksp 2 you could even return to kerbin with it and use the same trick to land

KSP is definitely going to need to cook awhile. Turns out that getting a decent physics engine to work in a coordinate system containing the entire IRL solar system, to scale, is a non trivial problem. Everything they are trying to add with graphics and time warp is an additional web of difficulty - though it's good to hear that time warp has gotten better on a fundamental level.

YES PLEASE do more Juno New Origins videos! It may be a lot more complex than KSPx in many ways but it's incredible and should definitely be on your to do list... Learning and tweaking the fuel/engine types, stages, and all is amazing for making some realistic and complex missions... It's a bit of a steep learning curve but once you learn it's an amazing time killer experience Let it be sandbox or career mode, give it a good try, also the game and devs could use more attention to it

I didn’t even realise it was on mobile, I’ve had it for about a year (way before it was called Juno) I quite like the proc parts in it to be honest
