Peeve: Parking over the line/across two spots will be easy to convey visually. You could probably get quite a few good driving peeves (texting, not signalling, pedestrians running out without looking) , but fatalities would be difficult to pull off in most cases. You could always give them Rocket League-esque explosions. - Taking a phone call in a quiet place like a library, or at a funeral. - Scam cold callers could be funny. Just hearing the start of a tech support thing, and some kind of crunch.
