As someone who worked in a pizza place in high school, can confirm that many creations and abominations were made in that oven using restaurant ingredients. I think the best by far was some cinnamon rolls. Our dough guy went next door to the supermarket and grabbed some butter, cinnamon, as well as brown and powdered sugar. Slather it on a pizza crust, roll it, cut it, and boom. Breakfast is served. We would even make cinnamon twists in the same vein as the garlic parmesan twists the restaurant was already known for.

😊Didn't always use frozen. Used to work at one in the early 2000's in the city where the company started (Wichita, KS). When I first started there only frozen dough was the breadstick. Later the hand tossed, then deep-dish, last to go frozen was their thin crust. Bonus fact their thin crust is their original crust.😊

Next time, when you're blooming the yeast, add the sugar to the yeast and water mixture, and add also a tablespoon or two of the flour because the yeast activates faster by feeding on them. The oil is added often when the dough is taking shape, but you can add it to the yeast and water mixture.
