Can you make MATCHA LATTE in the VELVETISER from Hotel Chocolat? | Matcha Latte Recipes

Just found this video because I decided to make a matcha latte in my velvetiser on a whim and I wanted to see if I was mad. My Matcha wasn't great, but it turned out pretty decent just like yours and nicer than Starbuck's if I'm honest. I think I'll search for some better quality Matcha and try this again. P.s. I find that with milk it's already sweet enough, but nice tip on the honey.

Do you think this would also work with the Cocoatiser from Dualit, since that also works with powdered cocoa?

I don’t see why not but the texture may be different as it’s not exactly the same frother.

How did this compare to when you made the same thing in the (Nespresso) Barista Recipe Maker?

That’s a great question. From memory - it’s been a while though - the Nespresso Barista Recipe Maker version was hotter but smaller and wasn’t quite as frothy I don’t think. As I like a hotter drink and happy with less froth for this one, I’d probably go with the barista recipe maker version if I could only choose one. Hope this helps 😊
