When they're strong in a specific meta! Back in the day squeak was used a lot because his slow gadget lasted for like 20 seconds, so he was used just to lock down choke points on some maps. Gene who's another support, you can use in bushy maps with vision gear or knockout for his healing, poking, and pulls. On snake prairie you can go Bo, Tara, Buzz for their specific bush scanning capabilities, etc. They're mostly on a case by case basis so it's up to you if you want to pick one up or not

Instead of using 5 brawlers in every type, its better to use 5 brawlers that counter most of the brawlers here is my list 1. Rt/belle - Great for hotzone map, good all rounder as a sharpshooter and a tank counter 2. Larry/barley - one of the best throwers and rarely gets banned 3. Surge /clancy - You can easily hard carry your team while countering every tank in the game 4. Darryl/Buster - Perfect for brawl ball and most maps 5. Colt/ Gray - Use only for wall breaks incase enemy picks a thrower For those asking why no support? Its not possible to carry bad randoms with support, so you are basicly gambling if your teamates are good or not here is my 3 tips for pushing beyond masters 1. Only trust yourself, think of every match as a 1v3 and play safe as possible 2. Stop blaming your randoms, think of why you lost and could you have done any better to flip the match? 3. Take a break once in a while, mabye after every 5 matches, mabye after you lost twice in a row.

How do you know who to counter? Etc on an open map they go 2 snipers, who do you go to counter them? What if you go a counter and then get countered? What do you prioritise? Please explain, this would help a TON :) Great video and makes sense

Into 2 snipers on an open map a counter would be an assassin like Mortis or Fang, but you could also just take another sniper to have at least a neutral matchup in case you have an earlier pick, so the enemy doesn't counter your assassin pick. You can check out my drafting guides for more info!
