For Cheese:
Milk - 1 Litre
Vinegar - 4-5 Tbsp
Hot water - Some
Salt - Some
For Cheese Bread:
Bread slice
Tomato ketchup
Cheese slice
Potato masala
Butter
*RECIPE*
1**Take some Raw Full Cream Milk, boil it lightly & turn off the flame. Put Vinegar in the Milk gradually and stir it continuously & collect the Cheese. Then squeeze it properly & put the Cheese in Hot Water then squeeze it properly & wrap the squeezed Cheese with Clean Wrap & tie it tightly. Put the Cheese in a bowl & keep in the fridge for 2 hours. In this way, Mozzarella Cheese will get ready easily at home.
2**Take some Bread Slices, apply some Tomato Ketchup on the Slices, put some Cheese, potato masala and roast it in a pan with Butter by covering it. Cheese Bread will get ready with Homemade Mozzarella Cheese.
