Just to clarify, there are buses directly from Saratoga springs to each park? I just need to read the bus to see where its going? No need to go to Disney springs?

Time and who it's available to. The first rope drop is 30 minutes prior to park entry and is for guests staying at WDW Resort Hotels and other participating hotels. The second is when the park opens to day guests and is available to everyone.

Where is Aruba in the loop?

To the best of my knowledge, Aruba is the last stop to be picked up at Caribbean Beach.
